The Payoff
THE PAYOFF is a film about how greed can consume us all, and lead us to a payoff that’s not intended. The story involves three men who are mediocre robbers. Their specialty…conning. It is this “skill” that allows them to coincidentally end up meeting each other on the streets. Forming a group, each of them used their unique skills to con anyone of their choosing. Unfortunately, one con goes bad, and ends up leading to a young woman's death- thus marking their untimely deaths.
Michael's new humorous ten-minute musical An American Musical premiered at Center Stage NYC'sU.S.-ification Festivalon September, 11th, 2008. Michael wrote three songs for this well-received musical: "American Bombshell," "Flashback/ Ballet Sequence," and "A Terror-able Truth."
